so this is where you are and this is where i've been

I love thin warbly voices. There's just something really wonderful about that kind of expression. It's real. maybe that's why i enjoy live shows so much. I love telling if they really mean what they sing. I adore it for everything that it is. Of all these few records I've collected, my most favorite would have to be How To Save A Life. I just identified with this album so much when I was 15. It was this elusive period of time in my life and I don't really want to talk about any of it. It's embarrassing hah. But that album did it for me in highschool. It got me through all the hard stuff that I didn't ever think would end. I have absolute respect for it. Every line is so good. Part of it is nostalgia but the other part is just that it's an amazing album. It's a record I would love having framed. It's beautiful. I can't think of anything more else to say. I'm listening to it on my turntable and God, it sounds fresh as the day I first heard it. I hope I can go to OK in June to see them. I am doing everything I can.
